Meet Jasmine — Leemu’s founder, flavor queen, and the heart behind every bottle.

She was born in Iran, where her two grandmas taught her everything about the art of cooking. One kept it light and simple. The other? Bold, rich, and totally extravagant! Together, they passed down generations of Persian culinary wisdom — full of flavor, balance, and ingredients with intention and purpose.

But Jasmine’s story isn’t just about food.

As a religious minority, she faced serious limits, like being denied higher education and basic human rights. So at 17, she literally escaped through mountains, landing in Turkey in search of freedom. One year later, she made it to Phoenix, Arizona — a refugee with deep sense of gratitude, big dreams and bigger ambitions.

Tradition Meets Real Life 

Fast forward: Jasmine’s juggling a career, kids, and life. Cooking elaborate meals every night? Not realistic!  But she wasn’t about to ditch the nutrient-packed, flavor-loaded meals she grew up with.

So she did what any food genius does — she created her own shortcut: clean, nutrient-dense, Persian-inspired sauces that make everything taste "boomi" with zero compromise.

She blended the light, lean vibes of one grandma with the rich, vibrant flavors of the other. The result? Sauces that go hard on flavor and wellness.

Sauces So Good, They Had a Fan Club

At family dinners, team hangouts, and movie nights, Jasmine started serving up her homemade sauces — and the kids were obsessed. Parents started asking for jars. Jasmine started making extra batches. And just like that…

Leemu was born.
